International levels.
2- Preparation and organization of Press and Media interviews and meetings through defining the specialized journalists required for participation in the event concerning the customer.
3- Preparing invitations for journalists and arranging sending them to their respective sites of work, preparing the press kit concerning the event intended for coverage for interest of customer, to be handed over to journalists during the event and follow up of publishing in the newspapers and magazines later on.
4- Selection of photos and pictures regarding the events and activities for the customer company in coordination with the Public Relations Department for helping in its publishing in newspapers
and magazines.
5- Responding to questions and inquiries of Public Opinion that are reported to the customer company board through coordination with them.
6- Preparation and writing up of speeches concerning different occasions for the spokesperson of the customer through agreement with the board, in Arabic and English with linguistic editing and
revision.
7- Preparing models of expected questions from journalists and preparing suitable answers.
8- Revision of any press releases that are issued by Top Management of company to the Public Opinion and Mass Media.
9- Revision of all materials written in Arabic and English in brochures and newsletters issued by the company concerning their products through the ad hoc department.
10- Designing and executing the commercial advertisements including posters, brochures and banners in various types for road campaigns, in addition to making films of paper and graphic advertisements, video publicity and marketing films with best rates and prices.
